Furthermore, each awarded organisation secured a £50,000 grant to amplify ongoing initiatives or support ground-breaking endeavours within the realm of inclusive innovations.

At the forefront of their accomplishments is ��������'s blind recruiting tool, which effectively redacts more than 20 personal parameters from applicant documentation. This groundbreaking technology seamlessly integrates with over 20 leading applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters, and Lever and renowned organizations such as TfL and Hogarth, have already embraced this technology. In recent years �������� has received reports indicating a significant increase of up to 30% in DE&I within organizations as a direct result of implementing the solution.

Applications were assessed by five independent assessors.
